Thanks so much for conducting the inspection on my house on such short notice. This is my third house purchase and I have never had such a thorough and professional home inspection. It is rare that inspectors show up with (and use) ladders and coveralls these days. As a fellow engineer, I understand the importance and benefit of your civil engineering background and expertise, particularly for older homes (like mine) that may have structural problems. You did an excellent job of explaining the issues that you observed during our walk-through. I would recommend you without reservation to anyone purchasing a home, unless they are purchasing one that I own!

Thanks for all of your extra efforts on this home inspection. You have been straightforward and very meticulous which I think produces not only a great report, but it also takes that uneasiness out of reviewing the results. We don't come out of the inspection still wondering whether things are real
problems or if things are real problems but the inspector isn't competent enough to know they are real problems. I will definitely spread the good word on your company whenever I can.

Thank you and Max so much for working so hard on this. I forwarded this email to (my realtor) and printed out a hard copy for myself.
