Our firm is dedicated to providing you with valuable information about your prospective new home. We inspect the major components of the dwelling for deficiencies as well as provide you with information on maintenance and prevention. We encourage the client to accompany us on the inspection so that we can offer a hands-on explanation of any deficiencies that may be found as well as answer questions that may come up during the inspection.
A thorough inspection report is provided at the end of the inspection. “This report is a detailed narrative that is generated and printed on site. Included with the detailed report is a 400+ page reference manual that will serve as a valuable resource on defects as well as most working components of the dwelling. This manual also contains helpful hints for new home owners, recommended maintenance schedules, and a general homeowner’s manual.
